AGENT QUALIFICATIONS & CAPABILITIES

Armed, licensed and insured.
First Aid & CPR Certified.
Prior military, law enforcement or security experience.
Pistol trained & qualified.
Mandatory bi-monthly internal trainings.
Clearly-marked uniforms worn at all times.
All employees have passed a background check & drug screening.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prevent theft, violence, and property disturbance.
Respond to and investigate all alarms and security disturbances/concerns reported by residents via duty phone.
Report any safety or security issues to persons or governing body of client’s choice.
Property & vehicle checks upon request for residents on vacation or otherwise absent.
Welfare checks upon request.
Render first aid as needed and contact advancedmedical aid as needed.
Canine security upon request.
